Phone System Changes

We have made some important changes recently at CMA that we want everyone to be aware of!

Our front desk staff and phone system have been updated to connect you with who you need faster than before.

Waiting Room Changes

We have also changed the way our waiting rooms work so it is easier for families to know where to be while also staying safe.

Please review the changes described in this table for each of our CMA offices, as the set-up is a little different in each office.

And as a reminder, we request that any individual over 2 years of age with symptoms of an acute illness wear a mask while in our office, especially while in the waiting areas.

Please note that our waiting rooms in our Alexandria office have separate areas for “Well” and “Sick” patients or families.
