Mariel Milan, M.D., F.A.A.P. joined CMA in 2022 — Dr. Milan grew up in Lexington, KY with her Filipino parents and brother. She graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology. She earned her medical degree from Ross University and completed her pediatric residency training at University of Mississippi Medical Center. During training, she developed an interest in atopic disorders, e.g. asthma, allergies, and eczema. After residency, she joined a private practice in Las Vegas where she met her husband. They moved to the DMV area for work and settled in Northern Virginia with plans to start a family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband binge-watching shows, cooking and baking new recipes, and cuddling with her dachshund Sally.
