Amy Cecil, CPNP-PC. joined CMA in 2023— Amy became a nurse in 2009 after graduating from the Medical College of Georgia. The majority of her nursing experience was in a pediatric cardiothoracic ICU. Her interest in being a pediatric nurse practitioner grew as she became a mom and started working in a pediatric office. She graduated in 2023 with her Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University. She loves building relationships with children and families while supporting them through the joys and challenges of life.
Amy is married with three boys, and her family has lived in northern Virginia since 2014. Originally from Georgia, she is an avid Bulldogs and Braves fan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, trying new recipes, gardening, watching her boys play sports, and spending time with family and friends.
